DealDash Tips: Think Before You Leap

DealDash

Have you been “thinking before you leap” when it comes to DealDash auctions? Read on for more information.

Yes, “looking” before you leap is important – but “thinking” before you leap is essential. Using DealDash is an exercise for your brain, and you need to make sure that you do it. Thinking before you leap on DealDash is important for many different reasons. Here are some tips to get you thinking on DealDash.

Think About Buying Bids – Before You Do It!

Bids are money, literally! You can buy bids on DealDash for between .12-.60, so you want to plan ahead before you buy. There are many articles here on the DealDash Tips Blog that you can read and learn how to conserve your bids. Be sure to explore the blog when you have time to read some tips to help you save your bids and use them wisely. Learning about DealDash will serve you well when you are participating in auctions.

BidBuddy, Your Best Bid Saver

A great way to think before you leap is to use the BidBuddy. If you see an auction that you really want to join but you want to do a little reseach before you make your decision, no problem. Just load up your BidBuddy with 10, 20, 30 bids so you can get some research done. This method works in two different ways – first, you won’t be locked out of the bidding if the auction reaches the $5 No Jumper limit, and second, the auction could end early. If you have loaded up your BidBuddy while you do some research and the auction ends early, you’ll win! Talk about a win-win situation!

Collect Free Bids Every Day

What better way to think before you leap than by getting FREE bids. DealDash has many opportunities for you to win and earn free bids. Simply sign in to DealDash every single day and they will give you free bids. You’ll need to bid on DealDash for 7 consecutive days to get the maximum amount of free bids. The free bids range from 5 to 30. The more days in a row that you come bid the more free bids you will earn. Use your brain, think before you leap, and collect your free DealDash bids every day.

Sharing DealDash Tips from the January 13th Blog

The theme of January 10th’s blog was regarding tips that you should be sharing with friends and family members who also use DealDash. The top tip of that blog was to be sure that you get a few bids in before the auction reaches the $5 No Jumper limit. The advice from that blog included using the BidBuddy:

“If the auction is starting at a strange time, but you anticipate it being a very long auction, then just set the BidBuddy with a few bids so you can be sure that you get in before the No Jumper $5 limit, and check out the auction’s progress when you wake up.”

If you’d like to read that blog in its entirety, just click this link right here and you can check it out.

$3 No Jumper Limit from January 14th’s Blog

January 14th’s blog was all about DealDash special promotions and features. The top tip of that blog was explaining how the $3 No Jumper promotion works. Barbar wrote:

“No new bidders are allowed to participate in any auction after the closing cost reaches $3 or more. This feature makes it easier to win by limiting the number of bidders allowed to participate in the auction.”

Choose the Best Auction from the January 15th Blog

The blog on January 15th was about how to win a gaming PC from DealDash. There were a few good tips in there, but the tip to remember from that blog was to choose the best starting day/time for your schedule when you have selected the gaming PC that you want. From that blog:

“Once you have figured out exactly which gaming PC that you would like to win then choose the day and time that works best with your schedule.”

All About Badges from the January 16th Blog

There was a lot of information about DealDash badges in the January 16th blog. The thing that you need to know from that blog is that there is currently a special badge promotion going on right now, until January 21st. From the blog:

“This week’s promotion, entitled Winter Bidding Frenzy gives you an amazing and unprecedented pricing of just 11 cents per bid when you place 1,000 bids between 1/15 and 1/21! ”

Don’t waste any time, you can still participate in this DealDash badge challenge! It’s not too late.

Bid, Win and Own Your Favorite DealDash Items Before They Disappear

Here’s a little lesson I’d like to share. If you win a great item on DealDash and you find that item to be something you’d like to have more than one of, keep trying to win that item and store it away for safekeeping. Why this suggestion? Because I’ve learned the hard way that sometimes you win a favorite item, win it again and exchange it for bids thinking another time will come that you will win that item again—and then the item gets sold out, never to be seen again.

This happened to me not too long ago where I won a great item and when I went to try to win the item again—the item was gone and not even in the search items for me to bookmark or get alerts for a future auction. When this happens, a little violin plays in my ear and I get very sad.

Generally speaking, there are many many chances to win the same item on DealDash but there comes a time when enough people fall in love with that said item (opting to have it shipped to their home instead of exchanged to bids) and the supply dwindles to nothing.

The lesson here? If you want it and you love it and you win it—own it! I can name and handful of items I’ve won that I just should have had it sent to me and regretted it afterward. Everything happens for a reason and I hope you learn from my lesson before the products you love disappear.

Happy bidding and winning on DealDash!

Snow Day DealDash Bidding Tips

DealDash

Happy snow day, everyone! Today is the perfect day to curl up with a hot coffee and bid on DealDash. Here are some tips for today.

Are you going to be doing a lot of bidding today if you’re stuck inside? Sounds like a good plan to me! If you’re going to be doing a lot of bidding you’ll want to keep these DealDash tips in mind so you can win more and save more bids. Read on for more information from DealDash.

Watch Carefully

You should try to watch each auction before you jump into the bidding. There are lots of things that you can learn just by watching the auction. For example, you can figure out who is using a BidBuddy if you watch carefully enough. If you are a new bidder and haven’t figured out how to tell who’s using a BidBuddy, it’s easy. Just look for patterns in the bidder’s name. They will bid in the exact same order with around 2 seconds left on the clock.

Speaking of BidBuddy

Once you see that pretty much everyone is using the BidBuddy, you’ll want to use him, too. The BidBuddy is how the majority of people win auctions on DealDash. Using the BidBuddy makes sense because you will never have an instance of bidding too slowly and missing out on an auction. Also, if you’re bidding on a snowy day like today then you have to worry about power outages and internet interruptions. With the BidBuddy you don’t have to worry about these things. As long as you have put bids into the BidBuddy he will keep bidding for you even if your power goes out or you lose your internet connection. That’s an important tip to keep in mind on a snow day!
