When you go shopping for your new shampoo, try and find one that specifically says “sulfate free” on the front.
If you have medium to long hair, there’s a good chance that you use either a straightener, curling iron, or both. I cut all three of my children’s hair at home – my husband won’t let me cut his, though! He spends $20 + tip every three weeks at the barber’s – what a waste! Imagine if he took both of the boys with him every time, that would be $60 + tip every three weeks, ridiculous! Instead, I cut the boys hair outside on the deck when it’s warm, or in the garage or the bathtub if it’s cold.
