BidBuddy Doesn’t Sleep from the June 30th Blog

The theme of June 30th’s blog was all about weekend bidding on DealDash. The top tip of that blog was simply to use the BidBuddy when you aren’t available. Here is the information from that blog:

“BidBuddy will bid for you, tirelessly, even when you can’t be there. You can still win with your BidBuddy, you don’t even have to have your computer on! Just set up the ones that you want to win and wake up in the morning and see if you have won anything that you had your eye on. If not, no biggie, because you can always Buy It Now (BIN).”

Find Your Item from the July 2nd Blog

The blog on July 2nd had a few suggestions on how to find items that you are looking for on DealDash. From the blog:

“If you scroll down to the bottom you will see page numbers that you can scroll through to see what’s coming up next. Next, you can look at the drop-down menu on the main page. It shows all of the different categories on DealDash.”

It Just Takes One! From the July 3rd Blog

The blog on July 3rd was about some amazing deals that bidders have recently gotten for just a single bid. From the blog, written by Barbara:

“ I counted 12 winners in just the last 24-hours who won auctions using only one bid. Here are a few:

  • A 600-Bid Pack sold for seven cents and the winner only used one bid and paid a total of 23 cents instead of $360.00.
  • A Sheet & Duvet Cover Set, King size, sold for two cents and the winner used only one bid and paid a total of 21 cents instead of $340.00.
  • A $50 Gift Card sold for 4 cents and the winner only used one bid and paid a total of 22 cents instead of $50.00.”

Happy 4th of July, DealDash bidders! Today is a special day on DealDash, let’s take a look at what’s going on.

DealDash always makes a big deal out of the holidays, and I absolutely love that they are so festive! Independence Day is a big deal, and DealDash treats it like a proper holiday, as they should. That’s good news for us bidders, because when DealDash celebrates, the bidders are the winners! Take a look at these fun and festive things going on around DealDash today!

Today is the big day! The Chevrolet Cruze auction starts in an hour, at 5PM Eastern Time. Be sure that you are prepared and that you have your bids purchased and ready to go. Here is a link to see the auction right here.  This is going to be a long multi-day auction, and you’ll want to pay close attention while the bidding is going on. And the good news for you is that this is an auction that the “No Jumper Limit” has been removed, so you don’t have to get your bids in before the auction reaches $5. The other good news for you is that bids are on a SUPER SALE today.

The bids are at an all-time low price today – just .11 a bid! That’s actually an amazing price, you can get the largest bid pack, 5,000 bids, for just $550. That’s an amazing deal, and you rarely (if ever) see the bid prices this low. They must have been thinking about all of the bidders who plan on participating in the car auction today because this is a great time to stock up if you want to be in the running for the car.

Auction Wins 1/2 Off

Yes! It’s true! The auctions are half-off today! This is a really great deal, especially if you tend to bid on higher-priced items. When DealDash runs it’s half-off auction wins you can save a lot of money. This means that if you have won an auction that ended at $80 you will only have to pay $40. It’s quite a deal!

4x Time as the Highest Bidder

Finally, there is also a special TATHB running. You will get 4x the time on your bidding clock today. This means that your free bid meter will fill up four times as fast as on a regular day. It’s a perfect opportunity to bid on things that you would be purchasing anyway, such as gift cards.

When it Only Takes One Bid on DealDash

New shoppers on DealDash.com often want to know, “How many bids does it take to win?”

Surprisingly, an honest answer might be, “It only takes one!”

Some DealDash shoppers win amazing bargains every day by using only one bid. We just have to be in the right auction at the right time. In fact, I counted 12 winners in just the last 24-hours who won auctions using only one bid. Here are a few:

  • A 600-Bid Pack sold for seven cents and the winner only used one bid and paid a total of 23 cents instead of $360.00.
  • A Sheet & Duvet Cover Set, King size, sold for two cents and the winner used only one bid and paid a total of 21 cents instead of $340.00.

These are all outstanding deals. Who would think anyone could win a 600 Bid Pack using only one bid? That really surprised me.

High-dollar Deals

What surprised me even more are some high-dollar auctions that sell at an extremely low cost. For example, today a $1,200 Plush Rug sold for 47 cents. The winner used five bids and got the rug for only $1.23 instead of the retail price of $1,200.00.

This proves that even with the large number of shoppers on DealDash, there are still bargains smart shoppers win every day.

You have to crawl before you can walk. Read these basic tips to enhance your DealDash experience.

So you decided to sign up for a DealDash account? Great! There are a few things that you’re going to want to keep in mind as you are exploring the website. Don’t worry, we won’t get into anything too difficult or technical. These are just some DealDash basics. Read on for more information.

BidBuddy, Every Time

New bidders on DealDash might not have heard of the BidBuddy. I’m here to tell you that your BidBuddy is your #1 tool to help you win DealDash auctions. The BidBuddy is just as easy (or even easier!) than placing single bids in an auction. It might sound a little intimidating at first, but you will be very glad that you met the BidBuddy once you start using him to win auctions.

The BidBuddy is on each and every auction that’s held on DealDash. There is no extra charge to use him. Not knowing how to use the BidBuddy is not a problem, you can follow these easy directions:

  1. Choose an auction you would like to win
  2. Find the box in the auction that says “Book a BidBuddy”
  3. Type in the number of bids you choose to spend
  4. Hit Enter

That’s it! When the auction begins the BidBuddy will bid for you. If the auction is already in progress then he will begin immediately.

Search or Browse

If you are just starting out, you might not realize all of the ways that you can find auctions that you would like to participate in. For starters, you can just go to the main DealDash page and see the auctions that are currently in process. If you scroll down to the bottom you will see page numbers that you can scroll through to see what’s coming up next. Next, you can look at the drop-down menu on the main page. It shows all of the different categories on DealDash, in case you’re just looking for a general type of product. Finally, you can type anything you want into the search box, and you will be returned results of auctions that are happening now or in the future.
