Winning Edge

Would you like to have a “winning edge” when shopping on DealDash.com?

Well, now you can. How? Let me explain:

We can now open various auctions (by double clicking on them) and see who won it within the last week. All of the winners over the last seven days are locked out from winning the same auction for seven days. We can also see how many bids the winners used, what the winners paid in closing costs and how much they paid in full (counting the cost of the bids used).

Seeing this information, however, is not good enough. Wish shoppers learn how to use this information to win more auctions.

For example, I have identified five screen names that consistently prove they have an endless supply of bids and consistently win more than their share of auctions. Therefore, I choose never to bid in the same auctions where those five screen names appear because I know it would be a waste of my bids to try to beat them.

One way I avoid getting into the same auction with those five power bidders is by opening up various auctions and looking at all the screen names of winners over the last seven days. If their names appear on the winners list over the last seven days, then I know they have been locked out and can no longer compete with me if I bid in that auction, giving me a much better confidence.

Not many auction sites provide that much valuable information. Some people might ignore it and do nothing with it, but wise shoppers learn how to use it to get a “winning edge.”

Fast, Easy Payments

If my bids are running low when I’m participating in an auction, I might only have a few seconds to purchase and place more bids in an auction before it closes. In situations like that the ease and speed of making transactions is very important.

That’s what I love about DealDash.com. It has the most convenient and fast payment system I have ever used online.

It is very simple to navigate and use the DealDash payment system. In fact, it is almost too easy to spend money on this site, especially when DealDash offers such a wide variety of bid packs that often go on sale. Right now bid packs are only 13 cents a bid and I like the variety of bid packs we can choose from:

They are:

  • 55 bids for $7
  • 300 bids for $39
  • 600 bids for $78
  • 2,000 bids for $260 and
  • 4,000 bids for $520.

For auction wins or Buy It Now orders, customers can use PayPal or any major credit card, including VISA, Master Card, American Express or Discover. If I use PayPal, I have the option to stay logged in with one-touch to keep all my information handy, in case I need to use it again.

Only the last four numbers of my bank account and credit cards show up, so DealDash does a good job of protecting our financial information to keep it safe and secure.

Bid Smart Shoppers

Are you a bid smart shopper?

Bid smart shoppers on DealDash.com do two things. First, they earn as many free bids as they possibly can. Second, they use their bids wisely.

Free Bids

To consistently win 15 free bids per day, all we have to do is place a minimum of one bid in one auction. The first day we will only get a few bids but next day, and every day after that, we will continue to receive more bids until we reach 15. As long as we place at least one bid every day after that (without missing any days), we will continue to receive 15 free bids per day. If we miss a day, it will start all over again. This is an easy way to get free bids.

Another way we can earn free bids is by submitting photos of ourselves with an auction product we won. If the product is worth more than $200 we can earn 350 free bids. Take clear photos that do not have a distracting background. Send photos by email to:  [email protected]. Remember to include your name, description of the item, Buy it Now price, closing cost and how many bids were used to win the auction.

We also earn free bids every time we place bids in any auction on DealDash. Most of the time, we get 10 seconds on the clock whenever one of our bids comes up. Then a green line on the bottom right of our screen will slowly move to the right. When the green line gets all the way to the right, we collect free bids at the end and move up to the next level. The higher our level, the more bids we receive. I’m at Level 64, so the next time my green line moves all the way to the right, I will receive 860 free bids.

Use Bids Wisely

To get the most out of our free bids, it’s a good idea to place bids during the 2X, 3X or 4X feature. That means we will receive 20 seconds, 30 seconds or 40 seconds on the clock instead of only 10. That will make our green line move faster so we can collect free bids sooner. We should also monitor our bids closely and only place bids when the auction gets down to the last two or three bidders.
